What This Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers how Russell & Company ("R&C")
treats information which personally identifies you (personal
information) that R&C collects and receives. The
personal information we collect may include your name, address,
phone number, or e-mail address. Once you provide R&C
with personal information, you are not anonymous to us.
There are several links from the R&C Web site
to third party information and service providers who may
collect personal information from you in order to provide
you with information or services. R&C has no
control over the privacy policy of any third party company,
so please examine their privacy policy prior to submitting
any personal information. This privacy policy only applies
to the R&C Web site.
Information Collection and Use
General
When you research financial information, R&C
does not collect any personal information from you. R&C
collects personal information when you ask a question
or use the "Tell A Friend," link.
When you visit R&C pages, we may collect
certain information about your visit from your
browser, including the Internet Protocol (IP)
address through which you access the Internet,
the date and time you access the R&C
Web site, the pages that you access while at the R&C
Web site and the Internet address of the Web site
from which you linked directly to the R&C
Web site, and R&C cookie information. R&C
aggregates non-specific visitor information for
statistical purposes. This information is used
to help improve the R&C Web site, analyze
trends, and administer the site.
R&C uses your personal information
for the following general purposes: to fulfill
your requests for answers, to contact you (if
we have your permission), to customize the content
and advertising you see, and to improve our
services.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
R&C does not rent, sell, or share
personal information about you with other
people or nonaffiliated companies except to
provide products or services you've requested.
Please note that whenever you opt in to
receive future communications from a third
party, your information will be subject
to the third party's privacy policy. If
you later decide that you do not want that
third party to use your information, you
will need to contact the third party directly,
as we have no control over how third parties
use information. You should always review
the privacy policy of any party that collects
your information to determine how that entity
will handle your information.
We respond to subpoenas, court orders,
or legal process, or to establish or exercise
our legal rights or defend against legal
claims.
R&C Web site content is also
integrated into other Web sites. These
Web sites may collect personal information
from their visitors that may or may
not be used in conjunction with the R&C
Web site content. Prior to supplying
any personal information to any third
party company linking to the R&C
Web site, please read and understand
their privacy policy.
R&C utilizes various third
party service providers to track and
analyze non-personally identifiable
aggregate usage information from visitors
in order to continuously improve the
quality of the R&C Web site.
All data collected by third party
service providers on behalf of R&C
is owned and used only by R&C.
Cookies
R&C may set and access R&C
cookies on your computer. A cookie
is a small text file that is placed
on your hard drive by a Web page
server. Cookies cannot be used to
run programs or deliver viruses
to your computer. Cookies are uniquely
assigned to you, and can only be
read by a Web server in the domain
that issued the cookie to you. One
of the primary purposes of cookies
is to provide a convenience feature
to save you time. For example, if
you personalize a Web page, or navigate
within a site, a cookie helps the
site to recall your specific information
(such as your ZIP Code) on subsequent
visits. This simplifies the process
of delivering relevant content,
eases site navigation, and so on.
When you return to the Web site,
the information you previously provided
can be retrieved, so you can easily
use the site's features that you
customized.
You have the ability to accept
or decline cookies. Most Web browsers
automatically accept cookies,
but you can usually modify your
browser setting to decline cookies
if you prefer. If you choose to
decline cookies, you may not be
able to fully experience the interactive
features of this or other Web
sites you visit.
Changes
to this Privacy Policy
R&C may occasionally
update this privacy policy.
When we do, we will also
revise the "last updated"
date at the top of the privacy
policy. If we make material
changes to this privacy
policy, we will place a
prominent notice at the
top of the privacy policy
and you will also see the
word "Updated" next to the
Privacy Policy link on the
front page of the KBB Web
site. We encourage you to
periodically review this
privacy policy to stay informed
about how we are helping
to protect the personal
information we collect.
Your continued use of the
service constitutes your
agreement to this privacy
policy and any updates.

or comments regarding our
privacy policy to Info@SeniorFinancials.com.
